The Peacock Room
This room has a colorful peacock theme.
It includes a comfortable king sized bed, mirrored closets and is furnished with some spicy surprises. It is located off the living room and away from the other two bedrooms,
Safari Room
This room is for the exotic explorers at heart. A queen sized bed adorned with a fluffy animal print comforter and quality sheets. You'll rest well in this room. There's a safari themed element to this space that will fuel your wild side.
The bed also includes a few unexpected elements that will unleash the animal in you.

A fun and sexy room that will excite your playful side. Lips and fun art work will encourage smiles and giggles in the cozy queen sized bed.
You'll smile and snuggle in together while implementing some of the fun items we have slipped into the mix for you to use during your stay at the Love Nest.
The Main Shared Living Areas
You may be renting the entire home and have it all to yourself. Or you may be sharing the house with up to two other couples who will be sharing the main living areas, the outside areas, the pool, hot tub and the playroom while you are there. Be kind to your housemates. You don't have to be best friends (but we hope you become besties) you DO need to be respectful and courteous. Respect quiet hours and the privacy of others who are there on their own sensual journey. We are swinger friendly (we are everyone friendly) but know that not every guest may not be and unwanted sexual invitations are discouraged. No ALWAYS means no. No exceptions. Don't make any situation awkward or uncomfortable. You may be asked to leave without a refund.
Please keep sexual activity to your room and the playroom. Sexual activity of any kind is prohibited in the common house areas, the pool, hot tub, fire pit and outdoor social area. Anyone who is found out of compliance will be asked to leave the premises.
This home has lots of thoughtful extras. A cozy living room has a large smart TV and a nice wood burning stove for those chilly nights.
The kitchen is a chef's delight. The countertops are custom and they adorn a center island cooktop. Kitchen includes all the essentials you'll need to make a cup of coffee, a cold drink, bake your favorite brownie or whip up a gormet meal from scratch. Basic spices, oil, coffee (drip coffee maker), pots, pans, dishes and bake ware are all included. You may find some condiments in the fridge. Please take what you bring and leave what was found. The refrigerator has an ice maker and fresh water.
Bathrooms are custom. There are two shared bathrooms. One has a separate walk in rain shower and a stand alone soaking tub. It is one space you definitely can unwind in. Light some candles and enjoy some time alone or with your special one.
Basic soap, body washes and shampoo as well as bubble bath is provided. Also a hair dryer is also on hand for you to use.
Adjacent to the main bath is a spacious laundry room for your use if needed. Please place all soiled laundry on the floor next to the machines upon your departure.
The outdoor spaces
Pool Area
ALL GUESTS must sign the pool waiver before entering the pool area. Nude bathing is permitted. IF you're uncomfortable with nudity you may want to give your housemates their space and take your turn later. There's plenty to do. Please leave the pool area clean when you leave. NO GLASS in the pool area.
Hot Tub
No glass in the hot tub. Please place the lid on the tub when you exit. Max temp is ``104. If you suffer from any major health conditions please take special precautions and be safe.
Fire Pit
No fires during a burn ban! No large fires. Make sure fires are completely OUT before leaving it for the evening. Don't leave your trash around the area.
BBQ
Bring your own coals. Clean up after yourself.
Outdoor Social Area
It's a great place to socialize. Use the karaoke machine. Play some beer pong or foosball. Sit and chat. Eat together outside or play some of the fun games we've supplied. There is a fridge and some outdoor cooking items for your use. Wash and clean any items you use.
Property boundaries
You can walk down to the lake and fish but note it is not technically on our property. The next-door neighbor doesn't generally mind quiet, well-behaved guests that might wander down to the shore to the left of the playroom. Do not wander past the line of trees next to the playhouse. It is vacant land but it is not ours. We do have a neighbor beyond the tree line behind the house. Never be so loud that you disturb him. We want to respoect his privacy and protect your enjoyment of this amazing space.
