About our Vision and Property

Welcome to the Sexy Songbirds Love Nest. We are a couples and group retreat for consenting adults. We sex positive, kink positive, and lifestyle supportive. Our beautiful lakeside property is the perfect place to relax, restore and fulfill your needs as a couple emotionally and sensually.
The home sits on the shore of Cotile lake in Central Louisiana. Take your boat out for a day on the lake (boat ramp is .25 mile from the house), go for a swim al fresco in the in ground saltwater pool, rejuvenate in the hot tub, cook a meal in the gourmet kitchen and unwind in the beautiful custom soaking tub all while exploring your erotic side in our 900 square foot adult playroom. We have a beautiful fire pit as well as a huge outdoor covered social area. Create and fulfill new fantasies together and make a lasting and deeper bond as a couple while you visit!

We believe in growing and evolving and hold frequent couples retreats. In addition to all the fun things you’d do when you visit, you’ll meet and stay with other like minded couples as you take classes on relationship development, meditation, sensual massage, lap dancing, pole dancing, Shibari and more! We will prepare delicious meals and have fun social activities throughout the retreat. Most importantly you’ll learn and deepen your knowledge about various lifestyles and meet and make new friends in the process. You will feel safe, supported, accepted and empowered in this private, safe, clean private home amongst the trees.
