Pricing
Our pricing is straightforward and transparent. If you book directly with us you will save a little over booking on Airbnb but you are welcome to do either. It may not seem budget friendly but if you book a single room, the price is quite reasonable. IF you book the house with a group of your friend, each couple pays for a portion and it would be very budget friendly. If you choose to rent the entire house out for just you and your partner, the cost goes up but sometimes it's just worth it to spend the entire time alone.
Whole house rental $500.00 nightly for up to 6 people in your travel party. Fee includes use of the entire property, cleaning fees, room and board taxes with Rapides Parish.
If the house is not booked as a whole house rental, individual rooms can be rented within the home for $200.00 night. Includes use of the property, cleaning fees and room and board taxes with Rapides Parish. You can request which room you'd like.
