Pricing
Our pricing is straightforward and transparent. If you book directly with us, you will save a little over booking on Airbnb but you are welcome to do either. It may not seem budget friendly but if you book a single room, the price is quite reasonable. IF you book the house with a group of your friend, each couple pays for a portion, and it would be very budget friendly. If you choose to rent the entire house out for just you and your partner, the cost goes up but sometimes it's just worth it to spend the entire time alone.
Whole house rental $300.00 nightly for up to 6 people in your travel party. Fee includes use of the entire property, cleaning fees, room and board taxes with Rapides Parish.
If the house is not booked as a whole house rental, individual rooms can be rented within the home for $200.00 night. Includes use of the property, cleaning fees and room and board taxes with Rapides Parish. You can request which room you'd like.
Couples weekend retreats. Check back. We are in the process of developing a wonderfully sensual weekend and will roll out the details soon.
Attend one of our mixers.
BBQ, swim, hot tub, karaoke, beer pong, corn hole, good music, good people and... access to the playroom. A day pass is $100.00 per couple and MUST be requested or RSVP'd before the event day. There is only a limited number of couples that can attend aside from those who are staying at the house overnight.
IF you are an overnight guest, your access to all of the above is always included.
