To maintain our vision and integrity we MUST enforce with fidelity the respect, boundaries, backgrounds and safety of each guest who comes here.
NO unwanted advances. NO means no. Be kind to others. WE are body positive, sex positive, and accepting of all beliefs, orientations and backgrounds. We are here to promote sexual freedom and to assist in the deepening of the bonds between partners. Anyone who creates an environment or situation or vibe or energy will be told to leave. No refunds will be given. Anyone who feels unsafe or threatened should immediately call law enforcement or the owners.

Door code: we will send this before your arrival along with directions and parking instructions
Pool Waiver: if you plan on being in the pool area, you MUST sign the pool waiver that we will send when we send the directions and door code.
Pets are not permitted
Vaping/Smoking is NOT permitted indoors. Strictly enforced. You may smoke/vape outside but do not discard your cigarettes on the ground. Please throw them away.
Alcohol and Marijuana are permitted but please use responsibly. If you become beligerent or so under the influence that you create an unwelcoming energy amongst others, you will be asked to leave.
Bodily fluids. Please play resposibly. We have a robust cleaning regimen but ask that you do NOT use wax during your play time. Urine and excrement is absolutely prohibited.
use the waterproof sheets on massage tables and change the sheets on the twin beds in the playroom for the next guest who may want to use that space. If you sit on a piece of furniture, place a towel down and if possible wipe the equipment off just like you would at the gym. We want all our guests to safely enjoy playtime.
